AI is definitely moving into a strong helper role. As a developer, I can already see how AI tools are capable of reminding me about test scenarios and validations long before I send my changes for QA. Manual testing is slowly shifting to developers, and while integration testing may take a bit longer, that too will eventually be streamlined.
Roles like Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, and similar positions are likely to merge into fewer, more consolidated roles. Rapid changes are coming, and fresh graduates are already struggling to find opportunities.
