I head up HR. Over the last two years AI augmentation means we now do the work of 6 people with only 2 humans. On my own I can process 3-4 hundred applications for 10+ different jobs in a morning - we used to outsource to agencies who had teams of people doing the same job. What it means is we have been freed up to work on high value work while saving the organisation hundreds of thousands of dollars.
