Well, overall, this video it’s not total clickbait, but it’s not 100% accurate either. The idea that ‘we’re hiring more developers than ever before’ isn’t really true. It’s not 2015 anymore. But the demand for software engineers is still significant, especially for experienced developers and AI-related skills. However, the tech market has cooled down and become more competitive. It’s harder for juniors and even for seniors doesn't mean that jobs are ‘immune'. Also, not all developers will have the same role as before.
