I tried to use ChatGPT to play a simple word game, guess the word limited amount of guesses, each letter is assigned a color based on if it is in the word, the right location or isn't in the word. I even made it easy on the AI by doing the part of handling the rules myself and just asked it for words of the right length, inclusions, exclusions and letter positioning.
It failed miserably.
Kept recommending words with excluded letters or the same words over and over. This is basic library reading stuff, the program should be able to do this as a baseline. If I was to write a code to do the job statically I just need to run a c# .Contains on words after limiting the process to only words with the right length as well as a few formats checking to get the known letters positions and exclusions. I imagine it would need this kind of function just to be able to check spelling....
