I just don’t understand how if America slows down or henders ai development how we ensure that our adversaries do the same thing with ai moving so quickly it wouldn’t take long at all for Americans too become the gorilla you explained In Your analogy too our adversaries all over the world then we in America and others all over the world could just be taken out by a hostile place with no way too even try too defend ourselves so it’s a situation where if you don’t develop your own ai then you become other slave or worse extinct too smothers ai
