Based on this hearing, AI will be regulated to protect established firms in old industries (Example Music & Media) and make it more costly to fully utilize the capabilities of AI Technologies and thus make it much easier for well-resourced firms to access full AI development capabilities while hindering access to smaller firms.
Meanwhile larger firms in matured industries and the political interest of future candidates left & right will be safeguarded.
Firms currently dictating the development of AI and the tools needed to further AI development will ensure wealth generated by future technologies distribute a stake of earnings to larger firms currently established.
