13:15 Cost is also related to amount of time needed. Not everyone is able to train hours and hours to draw sth good while they still need art for sth and paying artist for it may be 2 expensive (I do not know how much art acctually cost)
Note: I do not think AI stealing art is sth good I think if openai wana makes acctual art AI they should either do it on stock imagines or pay acctual artists
