If you look a bit deeper, those robots really do not do much. Just preprogrammed talk and remote controlled AI assisted conversation, and then a few motors to move arms, hands, heck and facial expression, etc... They have changed Sophia's looks hundreds of times, but never got it just right. Those robots aren't good for anything except entertainment. Compared to many robots available today, I am underwhelmed. The PR job is better than any of those robots.
