The important thing is that AI is open source and run offline, and secondly that the training data itself is ethical, which as far as visual art is concerned it's not. People are the economy, people pay money for a game, if you use AI to generate art and the art is unethical, you have to ask yourself, are the people that buy from you okay with that? If not, you shouldn't use it, you're here to serve the customer.
