I suspect Tesla included night driving with motorcycles in front as part of their machine learning. And if their system is flawed, they will fix it and folks will sue it (ala Boeing). I suspect the truth behind these two crashes is that the drivers were driving poorly (eg: not paying attention, texting, nodding off, playing on their phone), but Ryan neglects to explore this vital question. Courts, Tesla, and real experts will not. Two deaths (any deaths) deserve better than this too-brief and incomplete video.
