I think a point not doubled down on is that these tools could be put into control of a civilian population. We must make sure that these tools stay on battlefields and not city streets. The amount of power this use of AI provides against someone without it is too much for ordinary citizens to effectively overcome. Make sure that your representatives support you more than a very effective political tool
