Ai isn’t a tool for “artists”, you literally don’t even do anything to actually make art.
for example a marker or colored pencil is a tool but it won’t just color my art for me, I have to legitimately pick it up and do it myself. You typing a prompt isn’t you doing anything since the ai just generates a meaningless image for you.
Real Art has always been accessible, you just don’t have the passion for it. Art isn’t something that you are given, it’s something you decide to learn yourself because you have the passion to actually create art. Art takes years to learn, don’t expect to be good first try. Ever since I was in kindergarten art has always been my hobby because it genuinely made me happy. I’ve been learning for over 9 years and I’m still no professional but I wouldn’t just throw everything I’ve accomplished away for a computer that can generate something for me only because it’s faster and easier.
