I was at my uncles house once, and his kids (abt a 5 and a 10yo) wanted to show me smth. The uncle played a song and the script/story of the track was abt them. I thought "thats so cool" like, if they got some band on a concert to freestyle this abt them or if the uncle did it himself...
Then he told me it was chatgpt-made script and imported to some AI music generator.
The song was /cool/, but not because it was very good. It was cool because it was about them, and because it (would) take effort to make. When he told me it was AI it just all fell off. I knew i could do the same (or better) myself, by using AI.
Oh, also, absolutely no hate to them, he made it for his kids (and to show my grandpa/his dad what technology can do now), and definitely put a good effort to list instructions to chatgpt clearly, find AI music tool and etc.
It's just that I can't enjoy this knowing it /could/ be better, and it wouldn't really harm any human. Because no human put the effort in the first place.
