99% unemployment seems impossible because while any individual business would love to reduce overhead by 99% it seemingly wouldn’t work in the economy at large because it would imply the effective end of consumers to buy the products and services of businesses. It would seem there would be some sort of economic equilibrium point prior to when 99% unemployment were reached unless the entire economic system is going to change by 2027 (which it isn’t) wherein UBI or universal equity in AI is to be provided under the new arrangement.
