The blue blood is an excuse to cover up your unwillingness to put in effort and time to learn a skill. Art, in itself, is a skill like anything else. You learn it, you hone it, you keep it alive by doing it constantly. Also, you are allowed to make "bad" art, not everything has to be the next masterpiece. You are also allowed to enjoy doing art, and you are allowed to be proud of your creation, however wonky it might seem compared to others. A stick figure you made is 100% more valuable and human than the brushed-up masterpiece generated from stolen human vitae by a machine. AI is a tool to take away boring, mundane tasks from me, like laundry or taxes. Not the very thing that makes humans human. So, those who scream "blue blood" - just own your laziness. I do. I make shit art with my two hands to make myself feel better on bad days (traditional AND digital, 2 AND 3D - I paint miniatures). I potentially could become really good at it, but I simply don't want to put more effort into it. I enjoy it being wonky. I still analyse and learn from other creators, and try out some things that seem fun, and it makes my art slowly becoming "tastefully wonky", but I don't want to monetize it in any way - neither financially or internet points. So, go, do some shitty art, peeps. Draw that stick figure. Melt that crayon. Do stuff. Embrace that you are a wonky human!
