Yes jobs are being lost because of AI, and that message is being sugarcoated because the human culture finds essential meaning and ego boost from work careers. In reality, this is a creative destruction freeing humans to use their time on hobbies, studies (of self interest) and *arts* instead on mundane work. Only way we can turn this development into negative outcome is, if we let the gains to concentrate instead of dividing, and this is a big if. The AGI is soon here and we should be preparing for the shift anthropolocigally and socially with global committees of governments.
