Or get real and realise that even people do this anyway with filters/mirroring/slanting /graining/posterising/cut and paste overs & minor distortions/tweaks.
If a platform was constantly producing images that resembled one artist, or team's work &/or bundling it , as being representative of that still living/copyrightable artist I would certainly have a problem. I think some are already doing this.
Even smartphone graphic apps make posterised tiling that very much resembles Warhol's work & have been doing this for years. IMO so far most of the AI work lacks a certain something and artistic initiative seems to be largely absent. The surface consistency & textures of a work often bland and predictable. But no doubt watch this space!
