A computer can not make a legal decision it does not possess the ability to make a moral legal decision it only does what it's told it only will do what it was programmed to do. A computer does not possess a conscious and never will. Aparantly humanity learned nothing from the Terminator machines in the movies. If AI ever gained control over our nuclear weapons it's a game over scenario for human beings we will be terminated GAME OVER!!!!!
