10:20 CV isn't deeply flawed, it works and has clear limitations. What is in fact deeply flawed is Teslas implementation.
Only relying on cameras (most models), no real information on training data, no certifications, no 'explainable' algorithms.
When they reach SAE 3 they would have to prove the safety to lawmakers, having a blackbox to throw images at would not cut it.
