When a human looks for inspiration and uses it to make some art it's not copyright infringement
When a human goes to sleep, their neural network gets an upgrade, by using the data collected during the day, the brain can tighten the connection between neurons during sleep
AIs work in a similar way, except that the human is the one to train the neural network, instead of it training itself like a human would
So why is it okay for humans to have "inspiration", when AIs aren't allowed to do the same? They are simulations, simplifications of the human brain, and they are capable of doing almost everything a human can (with some level of difficulty)
