I feel we will have a combination of responses. I think AI’s influence will wane in the near future due to extreme energy costs, public backlash and low profitability. If AI technology adapts to those obstacles, the government will have to respond with large infrastructure spending ( job creation ) and a more extensive social safety net, I can’t see UBI ever being a thing.
