Why they instead doing a huge data center, they spread the load to each user and create some type of a data processing for each household and companies? I am not sure why but that would prevent the load and the water source. Like on 80s that we didn't have PC computer and had to go to the processing data center with the floppy disk download the data, but then it came up the PC and it was a turning point as each person had to have one PC, all the business buying PCs etc.
