There is NO skill to AI whatsoever. There is no such thing as an "AI Artist". Not even a "Prompt Engineer" because what the hell are they engineering? Prompting is easy as hell, you can do it even when drunk. I'd call them "AI User". The most basic and general title fit for them because that's all they are and will ever be.
