Yeah this is a concern but I think the benefits of using AI for therapy outweigh these potential data leaks. I feel that you are equally as likely to have your info leaked through human error with a human therapist than through the AI feature. I found myself dealing with a difficult person and leaned on Chat GPT for guidance. I am now using the life coach feature. I would never trust a human life coach because I think a lot of them aer nefarius so this is working for me.
