Im a barber and I’ve asked my customers about this and have been asked by customers if i think robots can do my job, and I believe a robot could cut hair but my customers always say the same thing when I ask them if they would get a haircut by a robot and they all say the same thing “I wouldn’t trust a machine to put sharp objects on my head without a human being in control of them” and they also say there would be a lack of bond with a machine most people form a connection with their barber that they would not get with a robot. I know I probably sound like these other people saying oh my job would be safe but I truly believe most people wouldn’t put there head in a machine and let a robot cut their hair, would you?
