I use AI a lot to sort documents, polish my personal story and stuff like that, however trying to get AI for something original from AI is closer to crime then it is to actual creation.
I was writing my stories and I was literally feeding off other's idea at first but not releasing them to public, then I was polishing this further and further until I got original story and plans for my own design. Human Training is not AI Training
