Watched the whole thing, liked the concept of poisoning artwork, but I would guess it is incredibly easy to pick out what images have been tampered with. I would assume it is in the meta data when the image is ran through nightshade, and all a scraper would need to do is look at meta data first, then discard any images processed through nightshade. Also, I think 90% of your arguments are terrible. They are subjective, not objective, and feelings based. Even your facts are misrepresented, either out of ignorance, or because you weighted them disproportionately based on how you feel. Some things to think about: AI art is here to stay. It is only going to get better and easier to use. I don't think it is right for AI to use copyrighted images without the creator's permission, but at the same time I think current copyright law is overreaching. Also, there is nothing sacred about creativity. No matter how you might feel about it. On a personal note, I have experimented with AI image generation, and it is clearly fundamentally flawed. I also used it to create images I could never create without it. Artists, such as yourself always want to talk about how uncreative it is, but fail to consider it gives people the ability to express their creativity that may not have the time or ability otherwise. As I said, I don't think it is right to use copyrighted works without permission, but I have no problem starting with generalized styles and refining them through specific sets of prompts, without using an specific artist's name or style. I was able to create images blending anime with realism using AI, in a way I have never seen an actual artist do, just by telling it to use different styles for different elements.
