Lol. Okay, if you define customer service jobs simply as call center roles then you're limiting the term to nothing which is what AI is doing. But if chose to broaden the term to things like tradesman work, that is still customer service focused and something AI can never do. Get off your ass and go work. We are human beings only we can contextualize general information.
