The issue is that Michael is leaving open areas in the arguments. DBH (2014), Edward Feser (2017 etc), and Pat Flynn (2023), drag the arguments out in a ton of detail, answering objections ahead of time and not leaving much room for confusion (well, lack of clarity might be a better expression)
An unchanging changer by itself doesn’t lead to theism. You need to add a lot more to this ground floor of existence before you get “God.” As Michael phrased it, it’s not immediately clear that you even get an unchanging changer…
