It’s amazing how everyone is blaming AI when ACTUALLY the problems are with simpleton CTO’s like the one at Taco Bell implementing a technology without thoroughly putting it through the paces and not being 100% sure prior to going live. He said “I think like everybody, sometimes it lets me down but sometimes it really surprises me”. Are you kidding me? Yet he released it knowing it doesn’t work properly and he has the audacity to blame the technology. These scenarios have been going on for decades like ERP implementations that went bad, and it wasn’t due to the technology, it was due to the lack of adoption, understanding what the clients wanted, and testing.
