Clear and spot on: AI is very useful and can make experienced coders more productive and if used properly accelerate learning for juniors. No near-term prospect of AI killing coding jobs, but I do think hiring is going to be a mess, and juniors may not have adequate opportunities for really learning core software engineering and programming skills.
