I mean, these are not really the issues, the issues are others: 1. Why is real therapy inaccessible to most people? 2. AI therapy doesnt really work. Chatgpt was not created with this aim, and most people who want therapy need empathy, acceptance, but also to be posed different questions to see problems from a different angle, do different mind exercises.. So on and so forth. What ai therapy does is just to confirm what you think, tell you you are so great and maybe to talk to someone. This can be a start that feels helpful for some people, but doesn't really solve anything for underlining mental obstacles or issues
