Lol... So the government gets to decide who gets a license and who doesn't. What could possibly go wrong there. What a bunch of doddering old fools. The fact that they think they can control AI if they just pass laws and regulate it to death shows how out of touch with reality they really are. The greed and avarice shining in their popping eyes as they rub their palms together and imagine to what uses against the public they could put this kind of power, if only they act quickly enough to seize complete control over it before the public does. What a disgusting display. Notice the fear on their breath as well as they imagine what terrible things free people everywhere could do outside their control.
