I'm sorry but I can't stand this argument. AI is unethical and terrible even if it looked good, and whether it's ugly or not doesn't make it any better or worse. Why? Because ugly art deserves to exist. You cannot devalue AI based on ugliness without devaluing other, human made ugly art, and that is usually beginner artists. Please you have to kill this idea in your mind that being ugly is bad because AI users who like what their machines spit out won't care but other artists who don't like what they make will feel like by extension you think their art is a net negative too.
