I don't see how ai theoretically could not do any of these things if it was given enough info to work with. You have that info. That's your job now.
True, currently, it's basically copy pasting stack overflow answers till it works. But if you ask it to do system design first, develop domain ontologies, discuss ux options, it will do all that, with you in the lead.
