Also... You do not need a license to own a methane powered generator. Technically she is right, those are "unlicensed" methan generators, but ALL methane generators are technically unlicensed. You need a license to OPERATE a methane generator, so if you have 35 of them, but 17 licenses, you have a well built power system with fail over capacity.
