Self driving cars, electric cars, superconductor quantum locked levitating cars. All of these will only ever work in the city. Rural areas with dirt roads, roads that arent on google maps, and going off roading all require manually driven vehicles with a portable means of energy for said vehicle (ie. Gasoline or diesel)
