my dad says its great that ai is replacing coders because it makes things more efficient. But like it's not efficient for us tho just 0.01% of the population. The money is only being funneled upwards and for what. All of those coders lost their jobs but for what? Efficiency? And its okay because the coders to devoted tons of money and time to learn their craft can just find another job? NO. Thats not how it works. And the people who dont see these negatives of capitalism and how ai is making a capitalistic society worse need to take a step back.
