One thing I want to mention:
The point at 5:40 where the programmers are making free open source stuff and a greedy for-profit company takes from that may not be entirely true. Stable diffusion is "non-profit" only in name. They just funnel money to Stability AI which is a for-profit company. They made up a term for this called "capped profit" but the cap seems quite irrelevant because Stability AI is now worth around a billion dollars. They essentially made a fake non-profit company for the legal protection and are keeping the money by giving it to the for-profit parent company. They probably made a deal with Lensa and are making money off of that. It's not really the "free open-source" software that they claim it is. It's a product still, and this is one way it's being sold.
