Change and job replacement is not new. The pace of the change is. And it is only going to keep getting faster and faster. If you are a child now, I think you could witness the obsolesce of humans. But it won't be AI and robots. The scary tech will be when these technologies have started to be used to engineer "better" humans. If you like Star Trek, think Khan and the Eugenics wars. What are you going to do when you are competing with stronger, faster and smarter versions of humans that are being improved upon every day? 200 years from now the organics that rule this world will hardly be recognizable.
