Note that this TED talk is a day old, ( I mean the talk itself may be a couple of days old, maybe a few weeks old and there's already been a developments on a few lf these thing )
1. That artist lost that copyright lawsuit, virtually with prejudice.
2. Models that can generate these images have gotten superior to what was demoed at this TED talk, and with a very nature of AI and it's continued growth will make the errors that we see here in laugh about today the thing of the past. ( Not mentioned by the speaker...)
