Question for other commenters - I've been trying to give feedback to a dev making a solo passion project RPG game in their free time. The game needs art and they can't make or afford to commission the XX pieces of art they'd need for their passion project, so AI feels to them like their only option for making this; I've expressed the ethical-sourcing-of-training-data concerns to them but haven't been able to provide them with an alternative.
What would you guys say to them? "Learn to draw and force yourself to enjoy it" doesn't feel like a viable thing to say, especially with how overwhelming the design/coding/writing components they do enjoy are already being.
