A software program can only reproduce what we already created. They can cut up & recombine existing human ideas & art and science they have been programmed with, infringing copyright and stealing hard work, but they will never come up with something truly new and creative. Its still just a mirror to things that already exist. Still just stealing work that skilled people have previously done. Our years of built skill. A society run by this software that cuts out the skilled after stealing all their creative work & ideas, will stagnate. Humans will lose those skills because there will be no one left to teach them, & later will have to work even harder to rebuild & regain skills. All so that a very few people who already have god like wealth can avoid paying already low wages after already cheapening their product quality in every other way. Why is any working person fixing AI that is just recombining real craftsmanship into garbled noise like it was designed to do. And those that are fixing it, why didn’t they hold out for big money? What other job were you going to after making sure you are replaced?
