I agree with you but that raises a more fundamental questions, we humans get inspired from others' works and we make something similar in a sense isn't it our brains analysing that data and finding patterns to reproduce it. So what defines stealing here? You've obviously published your work publicly and just as a human can look at it and be influenced by it in some way, an ai can be influenced by it. Afterall all a machine learning algorithm is just analysing publicly available art and finding common patterns in them right
