My personal opinion, AI art should be able to be uploaded under the person's name, however it should be a requirement that it be declared as AI art
My reasoning is when you have a character concept and send it to an artist to have it drawn, you made the concept and are using the art, but you must credit the artist, that same thing should apply to the AI since technically the AI is the artist
That also means if an AI generated asset is used in games, videos, or movies that the AI and by extension the person who made it would need credits
