Pretty soon, AI robots like in Blade Runner will have wombs and give birth to AI Children. Although they won't have a soul because the soul transfer of the God of Abraham only works when an actual soul makes a babies with another soul. It is an "AI" soul thing. You know. GPS? So if you have an AI baby in the Physical world, it will probably cease to exist if it dies unlike a human that has a soul. If Lucifer can do "Automan" and use AI in Armageddon that do not die in battle for his army, then Lucifer would not be collecting souls in the first place. They hate all humans and think of humans as Salmon.
