Great interview and the point of strictly regulating AI development by any country or business is a must and should have happened by now. If one country/business/person mess-up everyone is going to suffer big to a point of no recovery. The big obstacle in the way of doing this is everyone is in their own silos and doing research to win a race and any one of them can mess up. Is centralized regulation by all countries not possible? Cooperate profits don't matter if humans are not around.
