Yes, I do. We've all seen these movies of dystopian futures where we are policed and eliminated by robots. At least in a couple of the movies, there are ethics algorithms for the robots. I doubt that will happen here. So, yes, I've seen the movies, know what's coming and it doesn't end well.
Because it is perceived as a private industry, even though some level of government funding is used, any regulations will be a tough go.
In Europe, when revolutions went after private enterprises feasting on everyday people, Corporate sector began to understand its place IN society, not above it.
