After a point, AI systems are about getting inside the OODA loop of your enemy. Assuming these weapons don't create a nuclear holocaust, it'll be like algorithm trading (on the stock market) where there's no clear winner and only a stalemate. Such a waste of time and lives, that could be better spent.
