Make AI follow human laws - load all laws to AI and make it follow these laws when making decisions. Make human resources AI to follow Federal and State labor laws in hiring, firing, scheduling, etc. Right now AI's schedule workers 15mins per day or 24/7 when Illinois labor law sets 4 hours as minimum and no maximum. 48 hour shift is detrimental to health. The pitfall of social network AI was it did not follow Gramm-Leach-Bliley, libel/slander laws, etc. On the reverse, AI curating content hid toxic but historical images helping dictators reinvent themselves and hide their transgressions.
